Preston Howard Lewis was arraigned Wednesday on six counts of lewd acts on a 7 year old boy and one count of communicating with a 14 year old boy with the intent to commit a sexual offence.
The alleged abuse on the 7 year old took place seven years ago. Contact of with the 14 year old took place last year, Lewis reportedly provided the 14 year old with a cell phone and a pc .
Mr Lewis (50) has worked for the Sacramento City Unified School District since 2003. In 2003 he worked at Fern Bacon Middle School in South Sacramento, he has worked at Sam Brannan Middle schools since 2006, he was placed on paid administrative leave in September of last year.
There was no plea….. His next court appearance is next Wednesday
Many parents question the districts silence. Are there ofter victims.
