You can build one heck of an appetite after a fighting and stealing someone’s SUV , ask Luis Alvarez. After an evening of fighting and driving recklessly, you don’t want just any burger, you want a Whopper.
Lodi Police believe Mr Alvarez, met a man at the Econolodge on Cherokee Lane on June 28, after a short chat, the two started fighting, during the fight the victim’s keys fell and quick finger Luis picked them up and refused to give them back .
Luis, went to a room, and the victim got him to open the door, where the two started fighting again….(no one knows why) .
The victim says, Luis bit him in the back a couple of times. (Hungry?) before driving off in the victims Rav4
Staffers at the Burger King, on Cherokee Lane called the popo because the vechicle was driving recklessly just before pulling into the drive through.
Luis and his friend Mario Mercado was arrested before getting their value meal.
It’s clear why Luis was arrested, the car, the fight, the bite. But Mario? who could have simply been in the wrong RAV4 at the wrong time. We all have bad days….. For Mario its just the worst…..First he had a control substance (don’t you hate it when the popo stops you with a control substance?) and darn wouldn’t you just know he had a warrant. And what makes this so terrible, is I bet they had a groupon.
