Last week, he was arrested and charged with misusing the 911 system after admitting to investigators that he made seven separate calls between Wednesday and Friday (8/24) requesting female deputies for sex.
Mr Basso is very familiar with the 911 system. It was nearly three years ago when he was arrested for amusing himself and abusing the system, back then he didn’t think he would get in trouble. (After all they are there to help) .
Back in 09, he told police his LG phone was out of minutes and he called 911 because it was free.
(you know, you can’t make this up)
Joshua is now in jail. interestingly enough ,the 2009 charges were dismissed.
