Sacramento Law Loophole Allows Public Nudity

Whaaaat?! There’s a loophole in Sacramento law that allows you to go nude in public!

CBS Sacramento reports that Section 9.04.060 of the Sacramento city code. The code bans nudity in public parks, playgrounds and beaches, but it doesn’t include streets and sidewalks! Sacramento is working to change the law, which many call an “outdated ordinance.” Director of government affairs Randi Knott says “We wanna protect the children; we wanna protect the public.”
