What’s crazy, others filmed themselves then uploaded it onto You Tube, Facebook, Instagram. They’re being caught one upload at a time.
24 year old D’ Adrien L’Quinn Anderson of Port Arthur Texas pleaded guilty for criminal mischief and sentenced to 30 days in Jail and is paying fines over $2500. for that lick.
A teenager believed to have kicked off the trend was not charged as an adult for licking the dessert.
But a 36 year old Louisiana man was arrested in July for doing the same thing. Police investigation the incident said they believed he’d wanted to “create some notoriety” for himself by posting the footage on Facebook.
