This young man is Kyle Rittenhouse. The 17 year old is from Antioch, Illinois. Antioch (pop 14,000) is twenty one miles southwest of Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Wisconsin is a shall-issue state. Wisconsin gun laws operate at the state level with concealed carry weapons (CCW) licenses issued by the Department of Justice (DOJ).
In Wisconsin, there is no permit, background check or firearms registration required when buying a handgun from a private individual. This law is problematic for States like next door Illinois that have restrictive gun laws.
Open carry is legal in Wisconsin for any person that is 18 years or older and not prohibited from possessing a firearm under state and federal laws.
Kenosha Wisconsin, has been the site of daily protests after Jacob Blake was shot seven times in the back at close range Sunday by Kenosha Police officer Rusten Sheskey.
Monday night, young Kyle Rittenhouse was 21 miles from home and was on the streets of Kenosha beyond the city’s 8pm curfew with a Smith & Wesson AR-15-style .223 caliber rifle with a 30-round magazine, and no one noticed.
After midnight, Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, of Kenosha, Anthony Huber, 26, of Silver Lake were dead in the streets of Kenosha. Gaige Grosskreutz of West Allis was shot in the arm. Despite, witnesses screams, pointing at Rittenhouse. He went home without incident and slept in his bed in Antioch, where he was arrested the next day.
President Trump is attempting to use race and fear to appeal to white suburban voters. Suggesting with a Biden victory, those (BLM) people could be protesting and destroying their community.
The reality is, like young Kyle Rittenhouse many of the evening protesters who’s purpose is anything but peaceful are from the suburbs.

Read 2013’s “Just 4 the Thrill of it “
From: Just 4 the thrill of it: You can see them coming out of the Bart station ,they have a certain look (black pants , a dark blue or black back pack. ) and they seem to travel alone. A couple of years ago during the Occupy Oakland they threw rocks at us for trying to put out a small fire on Broadway. I don’t understand it , like why attack us? They don’t give a fuck about anything or anyone ,they run into crowds of people doing nothing on purpose and next thing you know the Police are messing with us. They break windows then its fucking back on Bart to Walnut Creek ( Maya 22 North Berkeley)
How to tell the difference between a peaceful protest and a violent one?
Peaceful protest generally begin late morning early afternoons and usually end (depending on size) early evening. Most of the participants surprisingly look like you and people you know. If their are outbreaks of violence it is usually manged by the protest. After 8 PM the protesters are younger and more vocal. However, the dialogue is often angry. (Beware of protesters in black, with their faces covered, some wearing military style garb to conceal their identities.)

While some of these individuals are there to support the cause. Others are there to create chaos and destruction. It’s after dark is when peaceful protest change. At night there isn’t the cohesiveness as the daytime protests and the night is a perfect time for opportunist (people who aren’t as sincere) to create mayhem. At night is when you have some of the younger participants to antagonize authority. Some night time protest is a place for gangs to meet and settle the score. As a rule, I leave after the speeches and when they majority leaves.
Rittenhouse, has posted pictures of himself with the rifle on social media few moths back. On Tuesday, he posted pictures of himself in Kenosha. He is a supporter of a group called Blue Lives Matter. A fan of President Trump, he attended a Trump Rally earlier this year. Shortly, after the shooting, Rittenhouse called a friend saying he has killed someone.
