A young 30 year old women,from Central Florida arrives home, to find her 51 year old husband watching porn on his cell phone, celebrating the time of his life.
He said, she demanded to see his phone!
She said, she put the phone under her leg and he tried to grab the phone while she had it in her hand and she fell out of the chair she was sitting. In fact, the both fell, struggling for the cell phone,
At some point, she told the police. She grabbed a belt to protect herself.
The two argued !
He said, she “wrapped a leather belt with a large metal buckle around her fist. When he took out his phone to dial 911, Davis knocked the device from his hands and struck him several times with the belt on his arms and back.
When, the police arrived, the couple were in the driveway. The officer noticed“several red marks across the back of the victim,” as well as a “large raised red lump” on the man’s arm that had “very good detail and appeared to be the buckle of a belt.
Davis was arrested after investigators determined she was the incident’s primary aggressor.
Angela Davis was charged with aggravated battery and witness tampering, both felonies. She was freed from the Marion County jail after posting $1000 bond and is scheduled for arraignment on June 14.
