Last May, US District Judge Carl Nichols said Mike Lindell CEO of My Pillow failed to properly alleges a conspiracy by Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic Corporation, or back up his claim that they defamed him.

The MyPillow CEO claimed in his suit that Dominion and Smartmatic “weaponized” the courts in an act of “lawfare” to silence him. Lindell has said all the evidence of the conspiracy he alleges is on his website and that the Supreme Court will eventually expose it and rule in his favor.

The Court agrees with Smartmatic that Lindell has asserted at least some groundless claims,” Nichols said in his ruling. More than one claim “falls on the frivolous side of the line.”

Lindell, an outspoken follower of former President Donald Trump. He is currently being sued for 1.3 BILLION DOLLARS by Dominion Voting Systems, Smartmatic Voting Machines and Eric Coomer, a former Dominion Voting Systems employee, who says Lindell defiled his character with his false election fraud claims.

In his suit, Coomer, a former director of product strategy and security for Dominion Voting Systems, alleges that Lindell had “irreparably tarnished” his reputation while spreading falsehoods about the 2020 election. Coomer became the target of right wing harassment after Lindell and others linked him to the false claims that Dominion machines were used to rig the ballots in favor of Joe Biden over Donald Trump.

Coomer states Lindell accused him of being “a traitor to the United States” after aligning himself with Colorado conspiracy theorist, Joseph Oltmann.

“[Lindell] has claimed, without evidence, that Dr. Coomer committed treason and that he should turn himself into the authorities. Defendants have published these numerous false statements, defamatory interviews, and other dishonest content maligning Dr. Coomer on the website frankspeech.com, often alongside a sales pitch for products from MyPillow.”

Lindell’s attorneys failed to get the Dominion lawsuit tossed.

Lindell has an estimated net worth of 300 hundred million. While Fox, and other corporations have been silenced by the lawsuit, Lindell will talk to anyone who will listen.
