Kogan, is a plastic surgeon. 50cent, said she used the picture to promote her business,suggesting he was a client who had a penis enhancement procedure.

50cent wants a court to stop Kogan and her company from using his name and likeness it their advertising, saying it’s exposing him to ridicule, damaging his professional and personal reputation and of course he wants MONEY! he wants them to stop sharing the photo, saying it’s exposing him to ridicule, violating his right to control his name and image.
50 is likely to get paid, the question is , if he wants to teach her a lesson or if he is on a seek and destroy mission
